I have been trekking for hours. Now my mouth is dry. It all started with one terrifying crash. Just thinking about it makes me shiver.

It all started in on a summer's day 2020 flying in the brand new Gib 86,000. It was the most splendid aircraft ever.  I was sitting in 2nd class staring out oblivious, clearly  not noticing the sudden drop in altitude. My eye’s spring into action. I race to the cockpit. In horror I see the pilot lying dead on the floor I grab the radio
“We’re crashing, get out, run, scramble, go” Everyone scrambles for parachutes there aren’t any. I frantically scramble around searching for something that will help us my fingers grasp around a solid metal object I pull it out a jetpack.  I read the side warning emergencies only.
I swing the straps around my shoulder. There was meant to be 100,000 passengers on the
Gib 86,000 i could see 15 people.
“Under the seats!”
They grab the jet packs with their shaking fingers and swing them on.  I see a gun hidden in a short man’s pocket. I make a note in my head to stick away from him. we jump I pull the trigger I immediately  gaining height I lighten my grip on the button. The engine failed I fall. The jetpack slipped  off. I fall in and out of consciousness  I lie there motionless  on the floor. I open my eye’s a pain surges through my head. Small patches of fire surround me. I try to stand up but I lie back down. My back aches I find the courage to stand up. I hobble to the cockpit and stare at the digital clock flickering on and off. 1 week I had been unconscious for 1 week I search for someone. I locate a small bag with a couple of apples an empty bottle and banana. A little pygmy marmoset jumps onto my shoulder.I hold the banana out to him he grabs a small piece
and nibbles it. I walk to the wreck ripping piece off the plane to make a shelter to stay the night in.
I curl into a ball and sleep on the floor cold and tired. I open my eyes my head feels as if it was on fire and I stood up feeling better and head off to the forest.
